I will be at the Ashford Business Club (ABC) meeting on Friday 1st November - meeting with some very nice local business people over breakfast. 

We meet at 7.15 am at:
Venue: The Holiday Inn Ashford North on A20  (TN26 1AR) .
Note: We meet in the Main Hotel.
The club meets every 2 weeks and is Ashford's (Now the World’s) Friendliest and Happiest - Independent Business Club - with no annual membership fee.

Weather tries to disrupt play

Flaming June and xxx??? July. What can you say?

The wettest July since records began means the Dor2Dor Kent leaflet deliverers are braving the elements and delivering leaflets 7 days a week in all areas: Ashford, Canterbury, Larkfield, Maidstone, Rainham (very appropriate), Rye, Sevenoaks, Tenterden, Tonbridge, Tunbbridge Wells and Woodchurch.

Its great to think that all those marketing messages are getting through to the householders: Selling houses, Getting fit, Eating out, Having a takeaway, Chinese menus, Indian menus, Kebabs, Lawnmowing and Gardening, Oven cleaning, Tiny tots, Summer sizzlers, Morris men and Sunday lunches.

Ashford Business Club

@AshfordBusiness Club meets 20th April at Holiday Inn A20 Hothfield #Ashford. We had a great meeting last time. No joining fees - just great networking. Visitors/New members welcome. www.ashfordbusiness.co.uk. 

Andrew Frisby of Dor2Dor will be there to chair the meeting. Ashford friendliest business club - where people come to do business.

Note: Networking generates publicity for small to medium sized businesses at a really modest cost. There is no joining fee.

The meetings are run in a relaxed atmosphere to help build trust between members, so they work to support each other. If they find membership works for them, then members generally use their business contacts for not only their own work, but recommend fellow members to others.
